Chris Ketterhagen has been living, working, building and recreating in Boulder since 1989. Chris has been working as a realtor since 1999 beginning with FourStar Realty and eventually venturing out to open his own, independent office in 2001. Since 1999, Chris has helped many friends and clients rent, buy and sell their properties.
After graduating with a B.S. degree from The University of Wisconsin in Madison, Chris received a Master’s Degree at the College of Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder. With his technical understanding of engineering and design, Chris has a skill set unique to most realtors. His extensive knowledge, from personal experiences involving hands-on construction, design, remodeling and reconstructing, is lengthy. Due to his many building projects, Chris has years of experience working directly with the City of Boulder and therefore has a great understanding building codes and zoning.
